On October 20, 2026, PointClickCare and The Springs Living announced a co-development partnership to connect senior living and healthcare. PointClickCare will work alongside frontline teams in several Oregon communities to define, test and implement capabilities, rather than simply roll out a finished system.
The release plans EHR for Senior Living implementation before year-end in communities participating in a value-based care model connected with SCAN Health Plan. It also plans Community Advisor, which would analyze care documentation for meaningful changes and support coordination with healthcare partners. This is an operating-model partnership, not evidence of completed national deployment or demonstrated clinical outcomes. Senior-living opportunities require understanding the facility operator, care-record platform and healthcare or insurance network, not just the physical equipment.
Evidence and limitations
Co-development and planned implementation are not completed rollout. The scope covers selected Oregon communities; purchasing plans, outcome improvements and savings are unverified.
