Massage chairs and AI features explained using official sources
Featured and new models are checked against official sources. Priority goes to manufacturer-claimed AI with specific inputs and adaptation; voice-only controls and presets are separated. Order is not a performance ranking or paid endorsement. No hands-on or clinical comparison was conducted.

CERAGEM · Sources CERAGEM PAUSE M10
This Korean-market high-end chair separates upper- and lower-body massage engines. Users choose different techniques, speeds and strengths for each zone and recall preferred heat and intensity settings.

CERAGEM · Sources CERAGEM PAUSE M4 renewal
The 2026 M4 uses a 72 cm-wide body and built-in footrest. Its heated rollers retract after massage, allowing the chair to serve as a resting seat.
Coway · Sources Coway BEREX Pebble Chair 2
This 2026 furniture-style chair combines shoulder/spine scanning with a 3D module extending up to 8 cm, rollers heated up to 50°C and 152° reclining.
CUCKOO RESTINO CMS-F410CB
CUCKOO labels this full-body model its highest-grade type, combining an SL frame, body-fit detection and touch controls.
CUCKOO RESTINO CMS-L310GG
Marked new in CUCKOO’s current catalog, this chair combines a 3D mechanism and SL frame with 12 automatic programs, five manual modes and six air-strength settings.

CYBER-RELAX Massage Chair H24 AS-R2350 — © JDP / GOOD DESIGN AWARD — CC BY-ND 2.1 JP · Sources Fujiiryoki CYBER-RELAX AS-R2350
Fujiiryoki’s Japan flagship, launched March 31, 2026, adds a 30-minute Core Deep course, four-user memory and an eight-inch touchscreen.
Family Inada iCOCOON ICO-10000
iCOCOON combines motor-load-responsive massage with eight adjustable air cushions and seating memory for eight users. It remains a featured premium model.

Panasonic Corporation / PR TIMES · Sources Panasonic REAL PRO EP-MA121
Panasonic’s current Japan flagship combines four massage heads, shoulder-position sensing and pressure adjustment with three-user memory. Its stated launch date is December 1, 2024.
MAESTRO powered by OVERSEER™
Malaysia’s MAESTRO combines a flexible massage rail and heating with OVERSEER personalization. OGAWA says body readings guide program recommendations. Its published AI claims merit attention, but measurement accuracy and real-world adaptation remain unverified here.

OSIM · official source · Sources uDream·AI Well-Being Massage Chair (OS-8258)
OSIM’s US flagship uses camera-based wellness analysis to inform personalized massage programs. The uDream·AI also integrates coordinated rollers, sound, scent and lighting. Its scores are wellness information, not medical assessments; this is a source review, not a hands-on test.

OTO · Sources Ethoz 5D 智能聲控按摩椅 (EZ-01)
OTO Ethoz EZ-01 emphasizes automated fit, dual massage mechanisms and multilingual voice operation. Its Hong Kong listing describes body detection that adjusts strength. That establishes useful automation, but not a verified machine-learning system; launch and current flagship status remain unresolved.
RT9000 series 按摩机器人
Launched at AWE on March 12, 2026, Rongtai’s RT9000 series combines coordinated stretching with AI-linked personalization. The manufacturer says AIM stores nine users’ body profiles and preferences. Its appeal is whole-body movement; sensor accuracy and benefits still require independent testing.

Kangtai / Comtek · Sources RK8601
Kangtai’s RK8601 pairs dual 4D massage mechanisms with a heated core and automatic leg adjustment. The export catalogue also lists a health-index test and OTA programs. It does not explain an AI decision process, so this remains a smart-feature reference rather than a verified AI flagship.
复芯号 V8Pro
iRest identifies V8Pro as a flagship combining two massage mechanisms with its cloud app. Later official material links the V8pro family to EEG/EMG headband feedback and adaptive programs. This is an ambitious manufacturer claim; accessory inclusion, control accuracy and regional configuration need confirmation.
Human Touch Super Novo 3.0
Super Novo 3.0 combines dual-zone DuoSync rollers, a flexible track and touchscreen control in Human Touch’s connected massage-chair range. Its AI story centers on spoken preferences and custom program generation. Availability needs careful wording: official support ties AI programs to software updates, and the owner FAQ conflicts with the product page about saved preferences.
Human Touch Super Novo X
Super Novo X is the stronger physical-system reference in Human Touch’s own four-chair comparison. Dual massage mechanisms, orbital calf massage and opening side doors define the experience. AcuPoint sensing and app-based Virtual Therapist add convenience, but they should not be described as the same AI-generated program system proposed for Super Novo 3.0.
Positive Posture / Furniture For Life DualTech Pro AI 4D Dual Mechanism Massage Chair
DualTech Pro AI is a Positive Posture model featured among Furniture For Life’s new chairs. Two 4D mechanisms provide separately adjustable coverage, while the AI Destress Test turns manufacturer-listed wellness readings into a stress score and program recommendation. The public specifications explicitly exclude memory settings, so personalization here should be framed around the current session.
Osaki / Titan World Osaki Trion Flex Duo 4D+3D
Trion Flex Duo pairs a 4D upper mechanism with a 3D lower unit and independently moving leg rests. Osaki’s June 2026 guide called it a new luxury flagship. Its AI claim concerns biometric-informed program recommendations; the walking-motion system and flexible track provide separate mechanical differentiation. Voice control uses preset commands rather than documented open-ended conversation.

Infinity Massage Chairs · Sources Infinity Circadian 4D DualFlex
Circadian 4D DualFlex combines dual massage mechanisms with a flexible track and extensive arm, calf and foot work. Infinity’s AI description starts with a thumb scan of wellness indicators, then recommends a program; the manual also describes intensity and technique adjustment. Saved routines and voice commands add convenience, while the underlying AI and fatigue-score validation remain undisclosed.
Luraco iRobotics 11 Special Edition (i11 SE)
The newly listed iRobotics 11 series is Luraco’s current generation, with Special Edition adding twin 3D engines and made-to-order personalization. Its explicit AI feature maps spinal curvature from real-time sensor data. Eight saved profiles and Wi-Fi updates are documented, but the included health monitor is not proven to control massage adaptation, and voice response should not be mistaken for voice recognition.
BORK AVALON IV (D811)
BORK identifies AVALON IV as its flagship and marks it new in the Russian catalog. Two massage units, heated rollers and a nine-point Spinetech scan support individualized sessions, with favorites managed on a tablet. The official evidence establishes adaptive automation; it does not substantiate an AI or machine-learning label for this model.

Yamaguchi · Sources Yamaguchi Xi Robot
Xi Robot is Yamaguchi’s AI-marketed robotic massage model with a current new badge in its Russia/CIS catalog. Dual mechanisms and independently moving legs are the clearest technical differentiators. Body scanning and 30 voice commands are specified, but the manufacturer does not explain the AI model or learned adaptation, so the label should remain explicitly attributed.
COZYMA Kaiser X CMC-X5D(G)
Released in September 2025, Kaiser X is a high-priced COZYMA chair combining a branded 5D module, ankle stretching and a 12.3-inch controller. Its two named AI modes assemble massage routines and a seven-day plan. Claims about assessing muscle tightness or health state come from the manufacturer and should not be treated as validated diagnosis.
HUTECH KAI GTS9 Art Motion HT-K05D
GTS9 Art Motion appears in HUTECH’s 2021 history as a flagship and remains a high-end homepage feature. Four-channel sonic vibration, 3D motion and HBLS body recognition define the platform. Automatic fitting and coordinated vibration are documented, but they do not establish that this model learns through AI.
HUTECH AI CALABO HT-C01A / HT-C01B
AI CALABO is a fabric chair developed through HUTECH’s collaboration with FAMILY INADA, announced in April 2024. The manufacturer says it senses skeletal and muscle shape plus stiffness to adjust intensity. Sensor hardware and learning architecture remain undisclosed, and the official store currently marks both colors unavailable for purchase.
NOUHAUS Orbit NM-SN700 · US specification
Orbit is a premium recliner-style chair in NOUHAUS’s US New Arrival collection. It combines heated 3D massage, recline up to 145 degrees and app control, with a sensor adjusting shoulder height. A 2026 color edition is documented; neither the original platform launch date nor AI learning has been established.
BRAMS Golden Eagle Zenith K9W100GFO
Golden Eagle Zenith is a PRESTIGE model prominently featured by BRAMS. Its official graphics emphasize dual 4D engines, directly heated rollers, a reclining frame and calf-side massage. Automatic leg adjustment is documented, but model-specific AI, voice capability and launch timing remain unverified. Older BRAMS voice claims should not be transferred to it.
BRAMS All-in Care 4D K8H805GAD
All-in Care 4D has a verified January 2026 launch announcement. BRAMS describes 3D roller movement with additional speed and rhythm control, plus one-to-one body scanning that detects physique and massage position. This supports a body-fitting automation claim, rather than an independently established AI-learning system.
Kyowon Wells HN877 Highest-grade
Wells explicitly labels HN877 its highest-grade chair. It offers 16 automatic modes, Body Fit, Leg Fit adjustment of up to 12 cm and heat. Rental plans add maintenance services, with details varying by contract. The official material reviewed does not establish AI learning, voice control or a recent launch date.
